- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
- Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Returns

Because each journal is printed specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns for:

Refunds
